『平成経済20年史』

１年程まえに出版されたものだが、紺谷典子著『平成経済20年史』を読み終える。外資（アメリカ）ー大蔵省（財務省）ー財界・改革派の結託という構図はキワモノぽく、度をすぎるとトンでも本の仲間入りをしそうだが、ここ20年の改革に対しては一刀両断で、ともて分かりやすい（また、そこがキワものの臭いを醸し出すのだが…）。「改革」とは名ばかりで結果的には「財政の緊縮」＋民営化という結果に終わったという評価は確かにそうであろう。それにしても、「平成」が経済史になるとは…もう20年も過ぎ、経済史の対象になるのか、と個人的にはポイントはずれの点に感心。

Kwok(2009) Outoput volatility of fice crisis-affected East Asia economies.９７年の金融危機以後の東アジアの成長ボラティリティを検討した論文。HPフィルターを利用して、この論文は、1997年以後の日本、シンガポール、韓国、台湾、香港のGDPの成長ボラティリティ、その要素、およびストック市場を検討する。４半期データにもとづいた経験的証拠は、シンガポールと韓国の両方に関して産出高ボラティリティがアジア金融危機以後上昇した、ということを示している。GDPの構成要素に関しては、貿易が台湾においてGDPボラティリティを低下させるにあたって主要な要素である。香港は投資／民間消費のボラティリティにおいて上昇／低下を経験してきた。５つの東アジア経済において、政府介入はシンガポールにおいて明瞭である。香港と台湾におけるストック市場はショックを吸収するにあたってより強力な能力を示している。

Snow Leopard

早速、Snow Leopardを購入し、ノートにインストール。使えなくなるソフトもなく、順調。たしかにスピードが速くなった。また、exposeが便利，とくにノートのトラックパッドを使ってると便利。

tscollapモジュール

月次データを、四半期デーや年次データに変換するルーティン。

tscollap (first) firts_air=air (last) last_air=air, to(q) gen(quarte)<----月次データairを、四半期の最初の月のairデータを利用しコンパクトにする。それをfirst_airに保存、同じく四半期の最後のairデータをlast_airに保存。オプションのto(q)は月次データをquarterlyデータにしなさいということ。また、gen(quarte)はquarterという名前の四半期データ表示系列を作成しなさいよ、というコマンド。

が、stat( )でmean,sumがなぜか機能しない。なぜ？　で、月次データを４半期ごとに平均をとるために

tsmktimモジュール

月次データの作成を終えたところで、BaumのAn Intro..を眺めていたら、彼によって作成されたモジュールtsmktimが利用可能であることを知る。このモジュールは、年、月、週および日次データを作成する
